Setting up a sacred space outside that inspires you is both enjoyable and serves as a great reminder to pause, relax, and take a few minutes to get grounded and breathe. I love to use large crystals, a Buddha statue, and candles. Whatever beautiful items inspire you will work. Most important is to slow down and enjoy. 

Outside (if your climate allows!) or inside (during these winter months) - any place can be sacred if that is your intent. 🌿☀️🧘‍♀️✨

What I’ve learned over the past nine years, as I have systematically devoted myself to learning a new way to live, is that choosing is the most important factor. I started with five minutes a day and I stayed at those five minutes for a very long time.
